STATEMENT OF COMMITMENT TO DEMONSTRATE OUR ADHERENCE TO PEFC STANDARDS AND HEALTH AND SAFETY REGULATIONS

GLOBAL LOW WORLD S.L. states its commitment to fulfil the Chain of Custody standards, in accordance with PEFC regulations, and maintain good employment practices, pursuant to the applicable national legislation, based on the International Labour Organisation Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work of 1998. Thus, GLOBAL LOW WORLD S.L. undertakes to:

1. not prevent workers’ freedom of association nor prevent them from choosing their representatives, and effectively recognise their right to collective bargaining with the employer;
2. eliminate all forms of forced or compulsory labour;
3. not make use of workers who have not reached the minimum legal age of 15, or are under the age of completion of compulsory schooling, whichever is the oldest;
4. not prevent equal opportunities and treatment in employment;
5. ensure that the working conditions do not put workers’ safety or health in danger;
